Pallet Label

Here are the 2 options to create pallets:

Option1: Creating Pallet

  1. Navigate to the Pallet Labels section in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click the Create Pallet button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Fill in the Pallet Base Info section:

    • Enter the Warehouse Code
    • Enter the Vendor Code
    • Enter the Carrier
  4. In the Pallet Items section:

    • Scan or manually enter tracking IDs for each package to be included on the pallet
    • Remove items if needed by clicking the red delete button next to each tracking ID
  5. After adding all items, click the Confirm button at the bottom right to create the pallet.

Option2: Importing Pallet

  1. Navigate to the Pallet Labels section in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click the "Import Packages For Pallet" button located in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. In the file selection window that appears, locate and select your spreadsheet file containing the pallet information. The file should be an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx format) with each tab representing a separate pallet.

  4. Ensure your spreadsheet is formatted correctly:

    • Each tab should contain information for one pallet
    • Include columns for required fields like Order ID, Warehouse Code, Vendor Code, Carrier, etc.
    • Follow the template (Download) for the best results
  5. After selecting your file, click "Upload" to import the pallet data into the system.

  6. The system will process your spreadsheet and create pallets based on the information provided in each tab.

Creating Pallet Labels

  1. Back on the main Pallet Labels screen, select the checkbox next to the newly created pallet.

  2. Click the Create Pallet Labels button to generate and print labels for the selected pallet.
