Manage Order
Manually Process Orders
Sync Orders
The system automatically pulls orders from the selling platform periodically once an instance is created. The orders are marked as New and listed on the New page
Accept Orders
Select new orders and click on Accept so Amazon knows that you will be able to fulfill the order. The orders will be marked as Accepted and listed on the Acccepted page
TIP
If an order is blocked at Accept status due to missing ASIN. You have to add the ASIN with dimensions and weight on the Products page. See Manage Product for more details.
Request Labels
Select accepted orders and click on Request Labels. The orders will be marked as Labeling and listed on the Labeling page
TIP
Make sure that the SKUs in the order are in the products list. Otherwise requesting label will fail
Get Labels
Select labeling orders and click on Get Labels. The orders will be marked as awaiting and listed on the awaiting page
Cancel
You can cancel orders at different stages before confirming. There are two types of canceling.
- Cancel before accept (Ack Cancel)
- When canceling before accept, you have the chance to select cancelling reasons
- Cancel after accept (Floor Denial)
- When canceling after accept, you don't have a chance to select cancelling reasons
Delete
You can delete orders at any stage. Please keep in mind that it only deletes orders in VendorAuto and won't affect the order in your Vendor Central account
WARNING
Delete is irreversible in VendorAuto. Once an order is deleted, you won't be able to confirm or cancel it in VendorAuto, but you will still be able to process it on the Vendor Central web portal
Automatically Process Orders
When the Auto Label option is enabled, VendorAuto will automatically accept orders, request labels and get labels. An order will directly shows up on the Awaiting page
TIP
If VendorAuto fails at one of the automated steps, it will leave the order with the status before it fails and you have to manually process the rest of the steps.
WARNING
You will not have a chance to cancel orders with reasons, because you can only do that before accepting.
